Position Overview

The Digital Marketing Officer enhances AIT School of Management (SOM) online presence and visibility through creative storytelling, visual content, and data-driven digital marketing strategies. The role blends creativity, coordination, and technical expertise to strengthen the Institute's digital footprint and attract international postgraduate students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation & Storytelling: Identify, collect, and develop impactful stories across SOM; craft compelling narratives for digital channels.
  • Video & Reels Production: Plan, shoot, and edit videos, reels, and stories; coordinate with faculty, students, and partners to produce dynamic visual content.
  • Website Management: Update and maintain School websites, ensuring content accuracy, visual appeal, and SEO optimization.
  • Social Media Management: Design and publish social media posts, posters, and infographics; manage institutional accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and engage with audiences.
  • Brochure & Flyers Production: Update and maintain Brochure & Flyers with the suport from program teams, ensuring content accuracy, visual appeal,
  • Digital Campaigns & Lead Generation: Design, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Line) to drive visibility and student inquiries.
  • Email Marketing & Newsletter Management: Develop segmented email marketing campaigns to nurture prospective leads, share important updates, and promote SOM programs in close coordination with the Admissions team, as well as manage the School of Management’s monthly newsletter.
  • Market Research & Localization: Conduct audience and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategy; localize campaigns for regional and cultural relevance.
  • Data Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance metrics across digital channels; generate analytical reports to evaluate reach, engagement, and conversion.
  • Technical Support: Support webinars, livestreams, and digital communication events as well as in-person events.
  • Editing & Quality Assurance: Review and refine copy for clarity, tone, and brand consistency.
  • Carry out resposibilitties as required by the Dean

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field (e.g., MBA).
  • 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in higher education.
  • Strong skills in video production, editing and storytelling.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) for digital posters and visuals.
  • Experience with social media management, paid ads, and CRM/lead tracking systems.
  • Working knowledge of SEO/SEM, website content management systems (CMS), and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Creative, proactive, and able to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
  • Prior professional experience at AIT will be considered a strong advantage.
