  • Supervise graduate students’ projects and theses at both Master’s and Doctoral levels.
  • Develop and lead sponsored research projects and contribute to attracting external funding.

Research focus areas (not limited to):
Advanced wireless communications, network optimization, cross-layer design, AIoT system architectures, edge intelligence, data-driven signal processing, smart sensor networks, massive MIMO, stochastic modeling, next-generation IoT, and integration of AI with communications engineering.

Required qualifications:

  • PhD from a highly-regarded university with a specialization in Smart Networks and Communications Engineering or AIoT and Signal Processing, or closely related fields.
  • At least 2 years of research and teaching experience in relevant areas.
  • Ability to teach graduate courses in advanced communications, signal processing, and AIoT.
  • Track record of research and publications in recognized international journals in the related field.
  • Relevant experience and interest in supervising students at the graduate and postgraduate levels in an international university. Note: The chosen candidate will begin to supervise 3+ students immediately upon starting.

Desired additional experience:

  • Provide consulting and executive training in areas related to advanced wireless communications, AIoT applications, digital transformation, and emerging technologies.
