Recruitment and Data Analyst

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the recruitment process
- Responsible for the entire employment process of regular faculty, Adjunct, Visiting faculty, and Affiliated faculty
- Responsible for the faculty onboarding and offboarding process
- Maintain faculty list and data management
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
- Coordinates and arranges faculty orientation
- Proactive in HR correspondence as appropriate
- Maintain HR Office website, specifically in vacancy announcements and other content
- Responsible for the faculty contract termination
- Responsible for the faculty statistics report as required
- Maintain a functional filing system and running numbers of documents
- Responsible for the routing of office documents
- Liaise and maintain a positive working relationship with other units within the Institute
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in management and or in any related field
Experience: Minimum three years of previous experience in a similar role.
Skills:
- Strong computer and analytical skills and utilize various application
- Good interpersonal skills, especially in dealing with people of various nationalities
- Energetic person and takes own initiative
- Supportive with a problem-solving attitude
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal and negotiation skills
- Work effectively as either a leader or a team member to ensure that the HR Office’s goals are met
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure
- Ability to multitask and prioritize own workload
