Job Description:

  • Receiving customer requests and inquiries both online and over the phone.
  • Categorizing and forward work requests based on the nature of work required.
  • Collaborating with internal units and external contractors to provide responses to customer queries.
  • Maintaining records and statistics related to complaints and inquiries.
  • Ensuring clear communication with contractors in accordance with customer requests. 
  • Assisting in the formulation and completion of requests within specified timeline, and closely monitoring the status of work orders to ensure timely completion.
  • Utilizing online systems to access data and respond to customer inquiries within designated service time.
  • Coordinating the booking for Korea House, tents, and other facility related requests, arranging gas delivery, monitoring MEB and CCTV, and generating invoices as needed.
  • Assuring of the timely payments and cash deposits before processing the request.
  • Reporting to the relevant authorities, as well as following up with units on pending and long outstanding requests, and closing irrelevant requests with the requester’s consent. 
  • Tracking the status of the purchase and providing updates to the requester accordingly on the delay and delivery timeline.
  • Carrying out additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor and OFAM Director.


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • At least 1 year experience working in multicultural environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in Thai.
  • Ability to communicate and write in English
  • Knowledge in computer
  • Preferably Thai nationality
