Job Description

  • Responsible for the smooth operation of Facilities and Infrastructure Management Systems (FIMS) used at the Call Center and troubleshooting the system as needed.
  • Responsible for the complete operation and reporting of the smart meter in the academic and residential areas.
  • Maintain the monthly contractors and utility reports. Responsible for data analysis of all the utilities on campus and as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Supervise the smooth operation of the Call Center 7 days a week and manage the staff schedules
  • Supervise the maintenance request completion and coordinate the outstanding work request with the requester and service providers.
  • Coordinate the generation of invoices and maintain the receipts for any chargeable services provided by OFAM and coordinate the payment and delivery of the service
  • Coordinate the gas cylinder purchase, delivery, cash flow, and cash deposits. Maintain the monthly report.
  • Responsible for checking the maintenance/event sites based on the need and instructing the technicians with the precise repair work details.
  • Coordinate the priority/urgent requests and execute the completion of the request within the specified timelines.
  • Provide technical and coordination support for small-scale or large-scale repair works on a day-to-day basis as instructed by the supervisor.
  • Generate monthly work completion reports and customer survey reports from the FIMS.
  • Monitor the progress of the preventive and corrective maintenance by the contracted service providers regularly.
  • Conduct regular surveys around the campus, and propose necessary conservation options, maintenance, and developments.
  • Provide excellent customer service to faculty, staff, and students in response to bookings and reported issues and guide on the usage of the equipment.

Assistance support work

  • Assist the supervisor with the OFAM website maintenance, and update and with requested media support.
  • Assist the supervisor in creating the overall OFAM customer surveys once every 6 months and generate the reports.
  • Assist the supervisor to evaluate the contractors with KPI every quarter.
  • Assist the immediate supervisor in various activities of campus sustainability and infrastructure assessment.
  • Assist the immediate supervisor in disseminating and supervising the work to the student assistant and staff assistants.
  • Assist in developing TOR, contracts, and EOIs, and provide supporting documents, data, and new projects.
  • Coordinate and support the execution of booking requests for the LED display, common classrooms, Korea House, MEB, and other equipment rentals or services from OFAM
  • Coordinate and support as needed to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems (LCD projectors, A/V switcher/controllers, sound system, computers, lighting, and other facilities, etc.) in OFAM, MEB, common classrooms, and Korea house.
  • Support the colleague, as needed the operations and troubleshooting of the campus CCTV cameras and associated equipment in the CCTV control room.
  • Support the colleague as needed with the LED display and announcement request, including invoicing
  • Assist the supervisor and Director OFAM in preparing reports as requested by AIT management and other committees.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor and Director of OFAM
  • Flexible to work beyond the office working hours

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or higher.
  • At least one year of relevant experience in Facilities and Infrastructure Management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. 
  • Written and verbal communication skills in Thai will be added advantage.
  • Ability to adapt to new systems and organize information.
  • Working knowledge of software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD, web design, and media and communication would be an advantage
