Job description

  • Be responsible for all administrative and academic works for all students, staff, researchers, and faculties at the respective programs
  • Recruit students applications through online/offline promotion using various channels such as social media, website, and onsite events
  • Communicate and follow up with the prospective students on various channels such as social media, phone call, and email
  • Respond to all inquiries; correspondence follow up to ensure the applicant documents are complete, summarize applicants’ qualification for selection for scholarship.
  • Cooperate with colleagues and relevant team members to achieve DDS goals
  • Work any other duties as requested by the supervisor
  • Handle outreach and public communications related activities within the department
  • Liaise with other schools and/or other administrative units including admission/registry and media etc.
  • Assist in preparation, processing and following up on administrative arrangements and forms related to official travel of faculty; staff and SRE of Students.
  • Assist in scheduling progress and final defense for both master and Ph.D. students; check thesis/dissertation format of the graduating students
  • Provide assistance to SERD School when needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least Bachelor degree or higher in business administration, finance, sustainability, or any related fields
  • Good command of English and Thai language, both oral and written.
  • Excellent knowledge of Google docs, MS Office especially spreadsheet
  • Understanding analytic tools for monitoring and analyzing user behaviors
  • Experience in communication, digital marketing, digital media, digital technologies and tools, social media, and related technologies
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, balance and prioritize multiple requests, in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Self-starter, who applies individual initiative to get the job done with attention to results.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • ERP knowledge is an advantage.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of work experience
