General Function: The main responsibility of this position is to conduct medical laboratory test, performing special diagnostic test (electrocardiography), as well as other nursing procedures and services. |
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Laboratory & Diagnostic Support
- Conduct blood test and draw specimens
- Prepare, label, and dispatch laboratory specimens to external partner hospitals, and track test results.
- Perform electrocardiography (ECG) testing as required.
- Nursing and Primary Care
- Manage Medical Center operations during shifts when part-time physicians are off duty.
- Conduct preliminary patient health assessments and dispense approved initial/over-the-counter medications in accordance with facility protocols.
- Provide general nursing care, first aid, and immediate emergency care.
- Assist physicians during clinical procedures and diagnostic examinations.
- Administrative & Operational Support in collaboration with the full time Nurse
- Maintain and update accurate patient electronic/paper medical records daily.
- Oversee laboratory tracking logs and follow up on pending patient reports.
- Manage patient billing, collect fees, and reconcile/deposit payments with the Finance Office daily.
Qualification requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N.) with an active Registered Nurse license to practice in Thailand.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a student-centered approach to healthcare.
- Empathetic, compassionate, and patient-focused demeanor.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
