Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Coordinate with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
  • Create and maintain project documentation, project requirements, scope of works and delivery document
  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
  • Maintaining project plans, project schedules, budgets for the customer.
  • Be as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
  • Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas to the team and clients
  • Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
  • Providing training, and coaching to the client.
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
  • Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve
  • Ensuring projects follow the frameworks, all documentation is maintained appropriately and project deadlines are met.
  • Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements
  • Performing user acceptance testing.

Qualifications and Skills 

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred. A master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a business analyst or in a similar role, with a minimum of 1-2 years in project management, requirements analysis, and client communication.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, or other relevant frameworks.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining project documentation, schedules, and budgets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Strong presentation skills for effectively sharing project progress and insights.
