1. Job Summary

Responsible for academic/administrative coordination of the master students, faculty academic projects, field trips coordination, and program-related activities, and also provides direct administrative support to the Faculty of Climate Change and Sustainability (FCCS). She/He may be assigned to work on urgent matters when deemed necessary by the Dean of the Faculty of Climate Change and Sustainability and may also be asked to undertake other assignments as needed.

2. Academic Qualifications and Experiences

  • At least a bachelor’s degree in any field but master will be advance value.
  • Good command of the English & Thai language (speaking and writing)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and office facilities.
  • Experience in SIS applications, ERP systems, etc.
  • Working experience in similar administrative positions.
  • Pleasant personality and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with different nationalities and flexible working hours as demanded.

3. Key duties/responsibilities of Administrative Staff:

  • Manage all administrative matters related to master & doctoral students.
  • Coordinate field trips, site visits, and related academic activities.
  • Support Thai promotion and outreach activities.
  • Coordinate administrative aspects of academic and research projects.
  • Support curriculum planning, revision, and implementation of FCCS.
  • Administrative assistant to the Academic Program Chair and program-related matters including Dean as needed.
  • Coordinate with Academic Affairs and other faculties' Research Affairs units.
  • Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and special events.
  • Perform other-Faculty of Climate Change and Sustainability related duties as assigned by Dean.
