AITE has successfully introduced high-demand professional development and executive education programs, which range from professional masters’ degrees in collaboration with AIT’s Schools to technical and professional training programs, study visit programs, professional placements, and master training courses.  AITE’s programs are designed for all organizational levels, from senior management to field-level employees.

The Senior Program Officer position is an intermediate supervisory role that positions incumbents between experienced knowledge-area specialists who design programs, and entry-level staff who deliver them.  The ideal candidate for this position will be someone whose career aims include a move from program delivery to program design and ultimately, to program leadership.

  • Fulfill applicable administrative and documentation requirements required by AIT, and facilitate clients in completing prerequisites as may be necessary for AITE to serve them;
  • Mentor entry-level colleagues in building understanding of institutional norms, performance parameters, and AITE best practices, and guide them in delivering services to client;
  • Support senior colleagues in the design and development of course material, identifying appropriate learning resources or experts, and delivering instructional or field-based modules;
  • Advance to higher levels of responsibility and/or technical specialization in a subject area relevant to professional & executive development and AITE’s service goals; and
  • Consolidate client relationships, expand resource linkages, and maintain purposeful engagement with key stakeholders to position AITE as a preferred service provider.
