Qualification:

General Summary

The Administrative Officer reports to the Secretary of the President and responsible for assisting with preparation of financial statements, purchasing, and provide administrative support to professionals, either as part of a team or individually. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Vice President and Resource Development in all matters relevant to the day to day function of the office, including filing and records management, mail receipt and sorting.
  • Monitor incoming enquiries (over the phone or face to face), providing information and referring enquiries in an effective and responsive manner.
  • Assist in facilitating travel arrangements of the VPRD, and staff following the requirement of AIT.
  • Assist the Institute Secretary on Distinguished Adjunct Faculty (DAF) and provide support on website development, drafting of the DAF publication, and arrangement a DAF seminar.
  • Provide assistance to the Secretary to the President in the drafting and editing of announcement, and documents.
  • Preparation for meetings including preparing agendas, organizing venues and distribution of minutes to contribute to the smooth running of meetings.
  • Assist the Secretary to the President on financial matters, including preparing of annual budget and tracking expenditures.
  • Facilitate purchase of office equipment required for the Office of the President through ERP system.
  • Coordinate with other units for appointments and other related.
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in Language and Communication, International Relation, and Business Administration or higher degree.
  • Knowledge in understanding relevant policies and procedures related to the institute.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Thai.
  • With a minimum of 5 years’ experience in administrative task.
  • Good interpersonal skills, especially in dealing with people of various nationalities.
  • Ability to work under high pressure.
