Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Excellent telephone manners
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Thai.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Good interpersonal and team skills.
  • Preferably Thai national

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receiving customer requests/queries on-line and by phone
  • Creating and transferring of work request based on type of request
  • Liaising with other internal units and contractors to provide answers to customers.
  • Maintaining statistics for complaints/inquiries.
  • Ensuring that contractors are informed clearly as per the customer’s request.
  • Helping formulate and complete the request within stipulated time.
  • Liaising with contractors on customer’s inquiries and complaints and update the status.
  • Playing an active role in considering new technologies and new work practices.
  • Work with other Managers to achieve the Office and the Institute’s objectives and liaise with those divisions providing operational support.
  • Using on-line systems to access data and answer customer inquiries within service times.
  • Closely coordinate with the service contractor and follow up the status of the work order and ensure the completion of the work order within agreed stipulated time.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor and Head OFAM
